Frank Grande

Frank joined Concierge Retirement Services (formerly – Madison Pension Services) in 2007 where he is our Executive Consultant and Relationship Manager. Frank graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business (concentration in finance) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a “Qualified 401(k) Administrator” (QKA) thru the American Society of Pension Professionals (ASPPA).

Frank’s primary responsibility is working with our team (we do not use the word “employee”) to improve client outcomes. This includes developing valuable life-long relationships with our clients, and as Frank says “Putting them under our care, our protection and our guidance.”

Frank says “I love helping my fellow colleagues, creating customized solutions to our client’s complex problems, and establishing deep and long lasting relationships with our clients.” As he says “Some of the best professional advice I ever received was this – Look 3 feet in front of you – not 3 miles.”

His favorite activities include spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, hiking, watching all types of sports – both on TV and in person, discovering new topics and enjoying a great meal.

Frank has a niece and a nephew, and while he doesn’t have any pets right now, he particularly favors Italian bulldogs!
